Manisha Sanas is the founder of Way Finders Career Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Trained and Certified Career Counselor as well as a Behavioural and Emotional Coach and a Mentor. She is passionate about guiding students to find their Ikigai.
She has more than 2 decades of experience in the Education industry. Graduated from Mumbai University, she holds a Diploma in Behavioural Counselling, is a certified Career Counselor from iDream Career and is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist.
Manisha started her career in the Banking Sector and expanded into multiple other roles working as Business Development Manager, Sales Support and Marketing. She then moved to being the Manager Admissions and Chief Counsellor for an MBA college affiliated to the University of Wales, England. Her passion for Counselling and wanting to guide the youth, made her decide to give her full time to Career Counselling.
Today, apart from her Career Counselling and Mentoring, Manisha is also a Volunteer Behavioural & Emotional Coach at a School for the Visually Impaired. The above pursuits and passions gives her a distinctive perspective of the many possible career options which helps her to empathise, connect and guide the student in the right direction.

We had counselling done for our twin daughters. Manisha with her friendly demeanour guided us through it. There was an instant connect she had with the kids. She could sense their body language, read between lines and was extremely smart to catch their mind set ! She was honest and spoke with great clarity. Thank you very much Ms Manisha. We requested her to help us firm up the decision regarding career path to be taken by our twin sons. She responded immediately and was kind enough to agree for the counseling sessions at our convenient time. Her analysis technique is excellent and she was able to build very good rapport with our family. She goes beyond the report generated by the online psychometric analysis and is able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the children. She has given excellent suggestions regarding primary career path and alternative option as well to both the children. More importantly, her sessions go beyond identifying career options and help the children develop their mindset in the right direction. Thanks again.

We had opted for 3 session counselling with Manisha madam with the aim of re-evaluating the career path my child had already chosen. 3 things that stood out were: 1) Her warm and receptive personality which can put parents and students at ease. She makes it a point to know the child through a long conversation process. 2) Her Dashboard! It was so informative and led to many discussions in our family revolving around different career choices and helped us navigate on our own. Owing to that, we could evaluate each career path from all angles and set goals 3) Her wholesome counselling - she is perceptive, well-informed, ready with all materials, fully updated, non judgemental and puts forth all perspectives for us to think about before taking a decision. After this journey with her, we are feeling more confident about the career path we had initially chosen.
