Dr. Sarika Chauhan is a certified Career Counsellor. She provides structured, psychology-based career guidance for students, parents, undergraduate and postgraduate learners, as well as young professionals who often feel confused, pressured, or anxious about making the right career choices.
An accomplished educationist with a Ph.D. in Education and M.Sc. (Electronics & Radio Physics); and a Counselling Psychologist (MA in Psychology), she brings a unique depth to career counselling—going beyond what career suits an individual to understanding why it truly aligns with their personality, strength and life goals. Her approach integrates scientific psychometric assessments with deep psychological and educational insights. She believes that career decisions should not be driven by marks, trends, or societal pressure, but by a clear understanding of an individual’s personality, interests, values, and skills & abilities. By identifying strengths and aligning them with each individual’s uniqueness, she creates personalized and realistic career roadmaps.
With over 17 years of experience in teacher education and teacher training, Dr. Sarika has worked extensively with students across different stages of their academic and professional journeys. Driven by her passion for career guidance, she transitioned from traditional teaching into full-time mentoring and counselling, helping individuals make confident, informed, and fulfilling career decisions. Her counselling process also considers family expectations and practical realities, ensuring that every recommendation is both meaningful and achievable.
