We at Kriya believe that success lies in the genetic make-up of each and every individual and all one has to do is to go deep within oneself to find the unique treasure and exhibit to the outside world.

Udyogam Purusha Lakshana is a popular adage in India meaning that a job or a career is the hallmark of a person. In the word ‘udyogam’ the prefix ‘ud’ means ‘to rise’ and ‘yogam’ means ‘to align’ or to merge. Hence only when there is alignment in the mind and body of a person with his chosen work, he can attain a rise in his career and life in happiness, health and success. The word ‘Udyogam’ by itself suggests that the aim of a job is to enable one to rise towards mergence with what he/she loves to do.

In reality we often find that most of the people are stressed in their work because they are in variance with what they wish to do and do not wish even their children to pursue what they are doing. Or sometimes the children do not want to follow the footsteps of their parents since they are not attuned to it.

Career development is a life long process which starts as early as four years of the child and scientists agree that parents are the single most influential factor in the career development and choice of their children based on parental birthrights and responsibility assigned to them by the society, but are not adequately informed about how to help.

We are here to involve both the parents and the child in the decision-making process and provide

• expert advice and holistic guidance to help individuals relate information to their own personal circumstances, 
• diagnosis and assessment of skills, aptitudes and learning styles,  supporting individuals to relate their personal experience and skills to the changing labour market and needs of the local community, 
• coaching in personal presentation, job-search and self-advocacy
• enhance the horizon of career decisions to include work, education, leisure and other aspects of life as well.

Bhuvaneswari Kalyanaraman has been an academician in her life with trying her hands on various specialities, like Physics, Forensic Science, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Psychology etc.

She is a certified trainer from the Indian Institute of Training and Development (IITD) from Chennai and has been conferred with a Master Diploma in Training. She also is a Certified NLP Practitioner certified by ZEAL and also holds a basic level certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has taught Forensic Medicine to the Undergraduate students of a Premier Private Medical College of the country. She has conducted Training sessions in soft skills and quantitative aptitude and verbal aptitude in various academic institutions in Chennai.

She has a keen interest in upholding our Culture and Spirituality and studied the scriptures and sciences to get insight and solutions to the present-day problems. She has a firm faith that equipped with science and spirituality, man achieves excellence. She loves to instil values and confidence in young minds and finds pleasure in discovering and unleashing their talents.
